1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Lunaliq.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
Lunaliq products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. Each item is produced individually and may have slight variations.
3. Custom Orders
Many Lunaliq products are customized (e.g., color, design, signage).
Due to the personalized nature:
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable
Changes cannot be made once production has started
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EURO.
Payment must be completed before production begins.
5. Production & Delivery
Production times may vary depending on customization and demand.
Shipping times depend on destination and logistics providers.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
Product arrives damaged
Manufacturing defect
To request a replacement:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photo evidence
We reserve the right to approve or reject claims.
7. No Returns for:
Incorrect use
Normal wear and tear
Environmental damage
Customer dissatisfaction with chosen customization
8. Limitation of Liability
Lunaliq is not liable for:
Improper use of the product
Incorrect installation or handling
Damage caused by external conditions (weather, animals, accidents)
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, products, and branding remain the property of Lunaliq.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
